How a Palliative Approach Can Help

Palliative Approach can be very useful when caring for someone living with dementia. Taking the opportunity to prepare and avoid making decisions in crisis is an important cornerstone of a Palliative Approach.

In this training, we will define the difference between a Palliative Approach and hospice care and discuss changes specific to late and end stage dementia. You will have an opportunity to share your experiences and learn practical tips to help prepare.

This training is for family caregivers. 

Refreshments will be provided.
