This workshop is for family caregivers related to a person living with dementia, it aims to:

• Explore the concept of risk for persons with dementia, their families, and care providers
• Recognize potential sources of risk for persons with dementia
• Explore ways to assess and address risk, building on strenghts and abilities
• Develop an understanding of supportive services in the community
