Alzheimer Society of Toronto in partnership with the Jane street Hub are excited to offer an ongoing monthly support group for family members caring for people with dementia.

Family caregivers will have a safe and confidential opportunity to:

• Learn about Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias 
• Share their experiences and develop coping strategies
• Learn about resources
• Connect with others and learn that you are not alone                   

Date and time: please note, this is a monthly support group.

Tuesdays, January 9, February 13, March 13, April 10, May 8 and June 12 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

COST: FREE, registration and short pre-screening will be done to complete registration

Free parking.
