Caring for an individual in the final stages of dementia can be very challenging. Taking the opportunity to prepare and avoid making decisions in crisis is an important cornerstone of a palliative approach to living with and dying from dementia
For family caregivers.
Objectives:
You will have an opportunity to share your experiences and learn new coping skills at this interactive workshop facilitated by Hospice Palliative Care Ontario and the Alzheimer Society of Toronto
PRE-REQUISITE: Screening will be required for this workshop.
