Alzheimer Society of Toronto in partnership with the Jane Street Hub are excited to offer an on-going monthly support group for family members caring for people with dementia.

Family caregivers will have a safe and confidential opportunity to:

• Learn about Alzheimer's disease and other dementias
• Share their experiences and develop coping strategies
• Learn about resources
• Connect with others and learn that you are not alone

*Respite care can be arranged - call ahead to schedule.

Free parking - the parking lot is just off Jane St. and rear of the building
