Gardening Together Fall Q&A (ONLINE ) |
Join Emma Rooney, our AST garden expert, to get answers to your fall gardening questions and fresh ideas for garden and nature activities that will engage your senses this season. You don’t have to have access to a garden to get inspired and start growing. This session is open to everyone in our community and especially designed with care partners in mind. Refresh in the garden and add a little gardening to your wellbeing routine. We’ll also share tips for supporting those living with memory loss to make the most of their time outside and get hands in the dirt. Join us on Wednesday, September 21st - World Alzheimer's Day to celebrate how caring for plants can bring us together and evoke fond memories. Bring your plants, bring your questions, and let's get gardening! About Emma, AST Gardener in Residence Emma is a wellness advocate, community programmer, environmentalist, gardener, and foodie.
