This ongoing monthly support group will provide an opportunity for care partners of individuals living with Vascular and Alzheimer Dementia to come together to support each other through the caregiving experiences.

Learning Objectives:

• Support other family cargivers of those diagnosed with Vascular Dementia
• Opportunity for therapeutic support as well as education
• Share experiences and concerns and receive support from the group facilitator and other group members
