This support group is for family caregivers of individuals diagnosed with young onset dementia (earlier than age 65).

Meet with other care partners each month to:

• Learn about how others are adjusting to their own changing relationship
• Share and discuss different strategies regarding self-care and care for family members living with dementia
• Receive updated information about dementia and the services available a the Alzheimer Society of Toronto and accross Toronto

Support Group meet every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6:00 to 7:30 PM

COST: FREE, registration and a short pre-screening is required.
