IN PERSON Reframing Guilt and Anger in Caregiving Workshop

Learning Goals:
-Recognize that feelings of resentment, anger, frustration, guilt, and shame are a normal yet challenging aspect of caring for someone living with dementia.
-Identify the causes of resentment, anger and guilt, as well as the difference between healthy and unhealthy guilt. -Explore coping strategies to reframe feelings of guilt and anger and build resilience. -Develop an understanding of how to connect with supportive services in your community. This is an in-person workshop.
