This support group is for family caregivers of individuals diagnosed with young onset dementia (earlier than age 65).

Learning Objectives:

• To share insights with each other related to one’s personal situation
• To learn about how others are adjusting to their own changing relationships
• To share and discuss different strategies regarding self care and care for their family members with dementia
• To receive updated information about dementia and the services available at the Alzheimer Society of Toronto and around Toronto

This is a monthly support group, meeting dates are:

Wednesday, September 12 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Wednesday, October 17 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Wednesday, November 21 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Wednesday, December 12 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

COST: FREE, registration and a short pre-screening is required.
