The Social Club
|
In partnership with the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities, and funded by the Central East LHIN, we are thrilled to offer a social program especially designed for individuals living with Young Onset Dementia. The program caters to individuals under the age of 65 who have been diagnosed with dementia and offers an inclusive, age-appropriate space for recreational, cognitive and social stimulation, while offering respite opportunity for caregivers. Participants can choose to attend morning or afternoon (9am to noon or 1pm to 4pm). Breakfast and lunch are served. This program is currently subsidized and is offered at no cost for the first 3 months. Registration and a short pre-screening is required. Date:
