A four-week session workshop for people in the early stages of dementia and their family caregivers. 

Topics include:

• Day-to-day risks for people with dementia
• Brain Health
• Advance Care Planning
• Stress associalted with dementia

Fridays, May 18, 25, June 1 and 8 from 10:am to 12:00 pm

COST: FREE, registration and pre-screening is required.
