Alzheimer Society of Toronto in partnership with the Jane street Hub are excited to offer an ongoing monthly support group for family members caring for people with dementia.

Family caregivers will have a safe and confidential opportunity to:

• Learn about Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias 
• Share their experiences and develop coping strategies
• Learn about resources

Connect with others and learn that you are not alone

Dates and Times: this is a monthly support group for family caregivers

Tuesdays, May 9, June 13, July 11, September 12, October 10, November 14 and December 12, 2017

COST: This support group is FREE
