Description:
This 4 week support group is for family caregivers of individuals with young onset (before the age of 65). The session will be delivered via Zoom.
Learning objectives:
- Provides an opportunity for family caregivers who are caring for someone diagnosed with Young Onset dementia to interact and learn form one another
- Receive therapeutic support and to provide coping strategies for caregiving
- Opportunity to share experiences and concerns and receive support from the group facilitator and other participants

- Thursday November 17th from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm (EST)
- Thursday December 15th from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm (EST)
- Thursday January 19th from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm (EST)
- Thursday Feburary 16th from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm (EST)
You will receive a follow-up call from a social worker after you register for pre-screening.
